We need an agent responsible for answering customers calls instantly. You will be responsible for managing customer calls, texts & the website’s live chat.
*Must meet the following criteria:
*have experience in customer relations/service*
*Have a strong wi-fi signal*
It is essential for us to have someone with the capability to understand the customer’s need along with professional assistance giving out quotes & assisting customers with online orders technically wether is by phone, call & or text & deep knowledge of our products.
Monday & Tuesday: 10 - 3 PM MST
Friday: 11 - 4 PM MST
