Job Description – Holiday Travel Consultant (Freelance) Experience Required: 3–5 Years Job Type: Freelance (Commission-Based) About the Role We are looking for an experienced Holiday Travel Consultant with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in selling and managing international holiday packages. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, have strong destination knowledge, and be capable of handling customer enquiries from consultation to booking. Key Responsibilities Sell and customize international holiday packages based on customer requirements. Design itineraries, prepare quotations, and close bookings. Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and travel partners. Provide visa guidance, travel insurance, and destination-related information. Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in international holiday package sales. Strong knowledge of international destinations, visa processes, and travel documentation. Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle. Experience using travel CRM or booking systems is an added advantage. Compensation Freelance, commission-based role. Revenue/commission will be shared on a 50 : 50 basis for successfully closed bookings. Flexible working hours with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
