Customer Care Representative

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities: * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a professional and timely manner. * Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures. * Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. * Document customer interactions and update records in the system. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary. * Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed. * Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. * Meet performance targets, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. * Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations. * Proficiency with computers and customer service software/CRM tools. * Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
