Calls from new and existing customers reach our construction office every day and I need someone who can answer them promptly, speak to the caller with warmth and confidence, and leave them fully informed about our service scope and pricing. During each conversation you will also capture three key pieces of information— the caller’s contact details, a brief outline of their project requirements, and their preferred consultation time— so that our estimators can follow up without delay. You will be connected to our phone system, see the service pricing sheet in real-time, and have a simple form to log call notes. At the close of each business day I expect a concise call report so I can track leads and schedule next steps. Deliverables • Live handling of all inbound customer-inquiry calls during the agreed hours • Accurate, same-day entry of caller contact details, project requirements, and consultation preferences • End-of-day call summary report (spreadsheet or CRM entry) If you enjoy customer interaction and can keep information organized while talking, this will be a smooth ongoing role.
