Marketplace Customer Support Executive (TikTok, Amazon, eBay & Multi Channel) Location: India (remote role) Job Responsibilities: E commerce experience is mandatory Customer Communication • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all channels, including TikTok Shop, Amazon, eBay, Temu, and Tesco. • Manage incoming emails and ensure all customer questions are resolved within the required SLA. Case Management • Handle customer cases, disputes, and escalations raised through Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Temu, and Tesco Seller Centre. • Investigate issues thoroughly, provide clear resolutions, and follow up until each case is fully closed. Returns & Refunds • Process returns requests in line with each marketplace’s policies. • Issue refunds, replacements, or exchanges where appropriate. • Coordinate with warehouse or fulfilment teams to track returned items and ensure accurate processing. General Marketplace Support • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, cases, and resolutions. • Identify recurring issues and report them to management to improve processes. • Ensure all actions comply with marketplace performance standards to protect account health. Work Week: 6 days a week Shift: UK Time- 8 am to 4 pm This role is currently remote. The company plans to establish an on-site office in Noida within the next 6–12 months, at which point the position will transition to an in-office role based in Noida.
