Comprehensive Mystery Shopping Evaluation

I want a professional mystery shopper to visit my service-based business and experience it exactly as any walk-in customer would. During your visit, please pay close attention to three areas that matter most to me: how the staff interact with clients, whether promised products or materials are actually available, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the space from entrance to exit. After the visit, I need a concise but insight-rich written report supported by time-stamped photographs and a short voice recording that captures your immediate, unfiltered impressions. The photos must be clear enough for me to recognise key areas of the premises, while the audio file should be no longer than three minutes.
