Custom Website for Mortgage Lender

This is a project for my networking partnership with my mortgage company. The purpose and need for this site is to be used by employees of various companies within this network to access their employer provided benefits through our web portal that we host and sponsor for them. The site needs to include information about their benefits (which we will provide and can update) as well as what we as the mortgage company are offering them for them being a part of this "network". The website is needed to perform the following functions. First "Home Page" Page - A Simple Portal Login Page for all users to access (admin panel functions or login on home page) - Registration for New Users within approved network (directs emails to us the lender to approve their access and provides them with a confirmation email) - The Login Directs to a "member" home page that will be a very basic front page. Front Page Contents - "Benefits Page, Employee Home Loans Benefits Page, Contact Us Page/Submission Form, Change/Update Contact Information". I would like a full access admin panel that would allow for me to change and update information within the website. I will assume full responsibility once the website is complete for ongoing maintainence and updates unless otherwise specified and will set an agreed upon price for needed updates or database help when completed.
