Virtual Assistant For WordPress Post Formatting And Management

Job Description:
I am looking for a VA who’s experienced in working with WordPress in terms of formatting posts to work on my websites.
You as my VA will do the following tasks:
- creating and formatting new WordPress posts;
- replacing images in WordPress posts;
- doing other changes in the existing WordPress posts;
- updating WordPress websites (installing updates of plugins and themes);
- doing testing after updating WordPress websites;
- creating new reusable WordPress blocks;
- possible CSS editing;
- taking screenshots on a mobile phone or computer might be required;
- and other tasks as needed.
Required skills:
- Excellent written English
- Excellent communication skills
- Being _very_ responsible and responsive
- Detail-oriented
- Being meticulous
- Desire and ability to learn new stuff quickly and grow with me and my business
For communication, we use Slack.
I will ask you to do a few small _unpaid_ tests just to see if you and I are a good fit.
The test will be sent only to suitable candidates and will have a deadline.
After the tests are done, I will ask you to do avideo interview.
If we are still satisfied with each other at this point, you will be hired for a probation period of 1 month.

The payments will be done on a monthly basis.
During the probation period, you will have to track your time with a time-tracking tool. The payment will be smaller than your regular rate - we will discuss it separately.
If you pass the probation, I will hire you permanently.
After that, your payments will consist of a fixed part and a bonus each month.
The fixed part will be paid per common task you execute (for example, for formatting a post I will pay you X dollars).
The bonus will be paid based on your efficacy, absence of mistakes, and the amount of headache you will cause me (the less the better).
If you need to do a task that’s new for you, I will again ask you to track your time while you are learning how to do it. After that, we will agree on a fix sum for this task.
At the moment, the required amount of work is about 5-10 hours a week. If you cannot give that many hours, your chances of passing the probation significantly decrease.
