I have two images and would like to have them stacked one on top of the other, the top one fading in from 0 to 1 opacity when the stacked images are in the user's viewport. Images should resize according to parent div (ie. they should be "responsive") so it should work on desktop and mobile screens.
Responsive website runs on Zurb Foundation with jQuery. Animation should be done with jQuery because we need to support older browsers. In your bid, please mention if any extra dependencies are required or if you can do all of this with within CSS / jQuery.
What I've tried: CSS absolute position with z-index, but this breaks the responsive design of our website because an absolute positioned image does not scale with parent div.

Hello..PIECE OF CAKE. I can do this wiht jQuery. Using absloute position is not good for responsive project. You can use vw, vh or MediaQuery to make project responsive. Let's discuss more via chat. Thanks.
