I located the trouble-spot on mobile which causes the content to jump on scroll: the #product-content section that has two different js onscroll calls on it. One adds/removes a class of product-select-bottom and product-select-fixed. The other is a more involved sticky class another developer is working on, and which is the main culprit of the "jumping" on mobile only.

I tried a simple ghost div to prevent the jumping, but it breaks the layout in tablet/desktop.
