I need to create a two column display in email like in the photo attached with separate tables so all the rows will allign horizontally. The code doesn't need to be stack but I need it to be responsive so on the mobile the text, images will display the same but be smaller. The code needs to be as simple as possible and not generated by a drag and drop tool adding classes and styling that are unnecessary
