I need someone to format the outgoing email that goes out to customers once they've placed an order. Attached is a screen shot showing exactly what I need, as well as an annotated version explaining the different elements.
The site logo should appear at the top. Beneath that is a short message that will also include their order number. The message will change eventually, but you can use the demo text that is in the screen shot for now. Below the message is a table that will review the items ordered. The first column of this table will be a link to the products "Device Wallpaper", if the product has a "Device Wallpaper" associated with it. If it doesn't, this field should just say, "None". The 2nd column will have the product image, followed by the product name. The third column will be the "Device Model" attribute of the product. The 4th column will be the quantity purchased. The fifth column will be the total for that product (quantity X unit price). At the bottom of the table will be the sub-total, tax (if applicable), shipping cost (if applicable) and total. These values should be displayed in whatever currency was used to place the order. If the customer paid in Euros, then these cost should be displayed in Euros, etc...
Below this table should be the shipping address, the billing address, the payment type and the shipping method.
Below that will be a section for "More Cool Stuff". It should just be the top 3 items based on the category of the items they ordered. If they ordered items from multiple categories, it should just be based off the category of the first product on their list. There will be a button next to each of the 3 items that says, "More Info" that will take the user to the product page of that product.
