3. Create Responsive Single Page Web Site, on background images range from 640px to 1600px wide and height 960px to 1200px height.
4. Must support smart phone, tablet and desktop screens.
5. Each paragraph below will be assigned to a link in topNav bar and on click will slide to that paragraph with separate dummy images of sizes above mentioned for each paragraph.
6. when it's smart phone size width screen then top nav will change to android like 3 dots bar when you click on that it wills how grey bordered light grey transparent background drop down menu with line between each of two links to choose which paragraph you want to go.
7. each paragraph with heading will be a white background curved bordered with grey bordered div in center of image.
8. Must be done in one day, validated with w3c standard, option of 3 sizes A A A for 3 different size if we want to change font size of whole page. I may tell you something to add or edit. Budget is 30 dollar.
