Frontend developer wanted for a long term colaboration

I need a very good front end developer to implement the frontend for few websites. The first project is to replicate an already implemented html template and recreate it from scratch but very optimized. I only need some of the features in the pages and not all of them. As such the actual css file - one of them is about 10 000 lines long. This is too much. I don't want you to copy paste from the initial one and take lots of things I don't need. Requirements: U need to be very good with html5 and css3 and know javascript/juery well enough to implement various sliders and things like that. The code you deliver has to be css3 and html5 validated with no errors and no javascript errors. Any images used in the css have to be put in sprites. Tableless design except where there is really needed - to be discussed before. No inline styles or javascript code. Styles in the header and javascript in the footer organized by sections (included between comments that tells what page that file is used in). The various bits of javascript code needed to initialize stuff or things like that has to be in a javascript file and not in the html file. They have to look the same in firefox, chrome, safari, ie (version 9 and above). When you are on the same page and change the browser I want to see no difference - no elements 1-2 pixels to the left or things like that. The blocks of code have to be written in such way that they will be easy to copy paste in other pages and reused. For example <div clas="news-listing"> <div class="new-item"></div></div> The style for .news-listing has to be independent of its parent. If this involves additional code - a lot of it - we'll talk about it before implementing it. I need you to give me few examples of your last work - work that complies with my requirements and tell me how much time - in hours you need to complete each of the following pages.
