URGENT: HTML5 & CSS3 guru

We will be happy to accept your offer as long as you show us your talent. We need to create a simple prototype in HTML5 and CSS3. 1. We will give you 2 PSD files 2. They'll need to be sliced in HTML5 and CSS3 3. The prototype will be viewed on an iPad in landscape mode 4. It needs to be retina ready 5. All the files loaded need to be local. There can't be any external reference (jQuery plugins will need to be downloaded and added to a local folder) The first screen: - Will be a series of 6 buttons that will have to have a "down" state made in jQuery. The effect will be a transition to set the opacity to 0.7. - All the buttons will link to the second screen - It will have a list of 10 football matches. Each match will have a counter that will stop when it gets to 90. The counter will add 1 to the current value each 3 seconds. - There will be 3 goal events spread across all matches. This means that 3 matches will have one goal event each and 7 matches won't have any. The events will happen after 30, 45 and 60 seconds. - Every time the user refreshes the page the matches will be from the same matches and at the same time - When a goal event happens, the score of one of the teams will be increased and it will make an animation to show the change clearly. The second screen: - Will have two sections, a football field on the left hand side and two tabs with the list of players on the right hand side. Each tab will display the list of players of each team - The user will be able to drag and drop from the list of players to one of the spots located on the field - The drag and drop functionality is the highlight of the prototype so it needs to work very smoothly.
