Opencart Template

I have a flourishing small web development company (on top of a full time job as a programmer) and have too much to work that we can possibly handle.
I am looking to have an opencart theme designed based off of this template monster template (the html template with images below has been purchased and will be sent to the winning bidder).

Please view the two attachments to see how the main page and all sub pages should look. All code should validate to html5 standards and work in all major browsers (ff, safari, ie8+).
Finished project should be delivered in a single zip file (of the template directory) and no core opencart changes should be made.
If this goes well there is possibility for many more projects. Please let me know your time line and experience with opencart. All ownership of any work completed will be retained by my company once payment is received. (No link to your company in the footer or source code).
