Create a Mobile-First website using Material Design!

PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING! I need to create a mobile-first website that is fully responsive to all devices. The website will include a homepage with queried posts from a database using AJAX and API requests. The home page will have a similar layout to the sites -- [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Each page, feature and animation will follow MATERIAL DESIGN using Angular.js. Please see this site for details-- [login to view URL] Each post will refer to another page that will have a news type post, like if you click through the sites listed. Another feature of the website will be a CMS style user database or a 'social bookmarking' aspect where users can create accounts, post articles, save articles to their profile and vote on articles using an "up/down" feature. The third feature to the site will be a small store similar to the one they have on -- [login to view URL] This store will show products from affiliate programs and from our own content. It needs to have the same, sleek, simple design as the rest of the website. See [login to view URL] for examples of sleek, minimal design. The programmer and developer team must be fluent and experts in the following fields-- HTML5 CSS Javascript Ruby (and Ruby on Rails) Bootstrap Foundation Angular.js Node.js AJAX API Calls Hope this helps!
