I have a Yeastar S20 PBX set up with 6 extensions (Grandstream GX series IP Phones). I want to use Bitrix24 CRM and log all incoming and outgoing calls in the CRM. I believe this can be done by connecting the CRM to the Grandstream phones. There is another option that requires purchase of a SIP Connector, which I don't think is necessary. Please correct me if I am wrong when you reply to this post.
