We work closely with homeopathic colleges, individual practitioners, and medicine distributors across India to bring modern practice tools to a traditionally underserved segment. Role Overview We're looking for a Sales Executive who can drive both offline and online sales for EzHomeo: meeting practitioners at clinics, running demos at colleges and events, and converting leads through online calls and virtual demos. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys the mix of field hustle and structured pipeline management. Key Responsibilities Field sales (offline): Visit homeopathic clinics and practitioners to pitch EzHomeo, conduct in-person product demos, and close subscriptions Events & webinars: Represent EzHomeo at homeopathic colleges, conferences, and events; run live demo sessions and webinars to generate leads Online sales: Handle inbound/outbound leads via calls, virtual meetings, and online product demos; manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closure College outreach: Build relationships with homeopathic colleges for the OPD seeding program (free student accounts) and convert institutional licensing deals Pipeline management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM; report on funnel health and conversion rates Feedback loop: Relay practitioner and student feedback from the field to the product team to inform roadmap decisions Relationship management: Nurture existing customers (practitioners, colleges) for renewals, upsells, and referrals What We're Looking For 1–3 years of experience in field/B2B sales, inside sales, or a mix of both: healthcare, edtech, or SaaS background preferred Comfortable with both offline (travel to clinics/colleges) and online (calls, video demos) sales motions Strong communication and presentation skills — confident pitching to individual practitioners as well as institutional stakeholders (college heads, admin) Self-starter who can manage a pipeline independently with minimal hand-holding Basic familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn) Prior exposure to the homeopathic/healthcare/pharma ecosystem is a strong plus, not mandatory Willingness to travel locally/regionally for clinic visits, college events, and demos What You'll Get Ground-floor role in a fast-growing healthtech startup with direct access to IIM founders Ownership of a full sales vertical, not just a slice of it Exposure to both B2B (institutions, distributors) and SMB (practitioners) sales motions Performance-linked incentives on top of fixed compensation Selection Process Round 1: Screening & Fit Conversation on background, experience, and comp/logistics alignment (location, joining date, travel expectations).
