We are a small UK business with only 3 current CRM users (1 Sales Director, 1 Sales manager and 1 Sales Assistant) but will be adding 2 Account Managers to CRM asap. We have approximate 3,000 account records, 4,000 contacts and we have approximately 400 clients.
I have configured as much as I can do, including some custom entities for managing projects, but now I need support for producing sales reports for our MD, configuring Invoicing so we print them and send to our customers, quick win Workflows for the Account Management and CRM advice.
I see this as a growing project so we are looking for quick wins, build a relationship with the freelancer for possible ongoing projects.
We are using MSCRM 4.0 hosted and I know 2011 is now available and it is lower in cost per seat, but if we can get some quick wins first with 4.0 for the MD, I might look at moving to 2011 sooner with the right person.
