Your primary responsibility is to identify companies that are actively hiring and create a verified list of decision-makers with accurate contact information. ## Responsibilities * Research target companies in Hyderabad. * Identify relevant decision-makers such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, Recruitment Leads, HR Heads, CHROs, Founders, and Hiring Managers. * Collect verified contact details including: * Full name * Job title * Company name * LinkedIn profile URL * Work email (verified) * Phone number where available * Company website * Hiring activity or relevant hiring notes * Build and maintain a clean spreadsheet or CRM-ready database. * Remove duplicate and outdated contacts. * Validate email addresses using professional verification tools. * Organize prospects by industry, company size, and hiring function. ## Target companies We are primarily targeting: * Technology companies * SaaS startups * IT services firms * Product companies * Fintech companies * Healthcare technology companies * Companies actively hiring for software, data, AI, analytics, product, and business roles ## Deliverables For the first project: * 200 qualified companies * 1–3 relevant decision-makers per company * 300–500 verified contacts * Email verification accuracy of at least 90% * Clean Google Sheet or Excel file with all required fields ## Required skills * LinkedIn research * B2B lead generation * Email finding and verification * Web research * Excel or Google Sheets * Attention to detail Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, RocketReach, Hunter, Clay, or similar platforms is preferred. ## Ideal candidate * Has experience generating B2B leads for recruitment, staffing, HR tech, SaaS, or service businesses. * Can work independently with minimal supervision. * Delivers accurate, well-organized data. * Communicates progress clearly. ## Project timeline Initial project: 200 companies within 5–7 days.
