Automate Zoho Recruit & People

I need a Zoho specialist who can take my existing Zoho Recruit and Zoho People setup and turn it into a truly streamlined HR engine. First, the Applicant Tracking System needs deeper configuration: I want new custom fields and forms that match the way we evaluate candidates, smart workflow rules that move applicants automatically from stage to stage, and dashboards or reports that let me slice data by source, pipeline velocity, and hiring manager activity. Next, the Employee Onboarding module should feel personal yet hands-free. Create role-based checklists that populate the moment a hire is confirmed, trigger branded email sequences to the new joiner and stakeholders, and build any extra digital forms we need so paperwork is captured inside Zoho rather than over email. Integration points with the rest of Zoho People must stay intact. Performance Management also requires refinement so review cycles, competencies, and goal tracking mirror our internal process and feed the same analytics layer. Deliverables I expect: • Fully configured ATS with custom fields, forms, automated workflows, and analytics dashboards • Onboarding flow with personalized checklists, email automations, and custom forms live-tested on a sample user • Performance Management templates, review cycles, and reports aligned to our framework • A brief hand-off document or video walkthrough explaining where everything lives and how to tweak it I’ll provide access to our Zoho environment and any branding assets as soon as we start.
