Anglestone is a growing real estate development and investment firm seeking a highly organized, resourceful Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This is a full-time, long-term role with room for growth. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. You will be working directly with leadership and will play a key role in keeping operations efficient and organized. You are expected to be fully available, engaged, and responsive throughout the workday. This position is not compatible with simultaneously working another job or handling other business activities during these hours. If a team member is found to be unavailable, unresponsive, or engaged in other work while on the clock, it may result in immediate termination. If you are unable to commit to being consistently present and focused during the required hours, this role will not be a fit.
