I need help solving a problem in Salesforce to get prioritisation of our Leads aligned so easier for our telesales team to focus on calling the right Leads. Our strategy is to call Leads in this order of priority:\r\n1. Leads that have asked to be contacted, either by leaving a message in our switchboard or signing up to a form.\r\n2. Leads that have open tasks that are due.\r\n3. Leads that have clicked on our website last 24h.\r\nAfter that we should prioritise by leadscore.\r\n\r\nMy thought is to make a program that populates a couple of custom fields on each Lead, depending on status on Activities on that Lead. Then we can create a custom field with a formula to evaluate and modify the leadscore to weigh in several parameters to an overall \\\'modified leadscore\\\' that we can use to sort the leadslist.\r\n\r\nPerhaps a program like this?\r\nCycle through all Activities on all Leads, and set values in custom fields on the Lead:\r\n* Any open Activity containing \\\'contact me\\\' in the subject -> Set the Lead field ContactNow_c to True\r\n* Any open Activity that is due -> Set the Lead field DueTask_c to True\r\n\r\nThen create a formula for the Lead field ModifiedLeadScore_c = LeadScore + (ContactNow_c=\"True\")*10000 + (DueTask_c=\"True\")*1000 + (Clicked_c=\"24h\")*100\r\n\r\nI am also looking to establish a longer term relationship for additional work as we go along.
