We are a small business and have started using WorkEtc. Unfortunately setting everything up - CRM/project/Finance/timesheets/etc. is never a priority, so we are looking for someone who can set it all up; and potentially train our small team how to use it.
We are utilizing various applications such as Harvest, Zendesk, Bid Sketchand High Rise and have a database set up. the key goals are:
- Implement the sales module
- Integrate CRM/Leads into Finance
- Implement Timesheets/Resource Management/Project Management
- Integrate timesheets/projects to create a future forecast of costs.
We have a database of around 1000 contacts. We manage approximately 40 projects at a time, with a resource base of around 30 contributors - some are fully employed, some are contractors.
