sugarcrm expert needed

We need someone to migrate us from salesforce to sugarcrm community edition. We need to get a working asterisk connector popup working. We have 3 users right now and want to add more after we are up and running. We want to use the system for making cold calls to businesses, 100 per day per user. We already have sugarcrm CE 5.3.0 installed locally. We already have a functionaly freepbx/asterisk server. We also need some assistance is setting up lead assignment and best practices for how we want to use the system. I suspect we need someone on call to help walk us through some stuff for a few months. You must speak english as a first language. You must be available during 8 am to 5 pm est business hours. Please tell me what specific experience you have with sugarcrm CE. ## Deliverables To recap a few things we need to get done, including, but NOT limited to this list. This is what i can think of right now, but there will be more. We need some help on an ongoing basis for a few months or a year, i am not sure. You should be an expert in all things sugarcrm CE. You should be available to answer my email questions the same day. You should also be available for phone calls during the 8 am to 5 pm EST time zone. migrate leads, contacts, accounts, events, tasks, from salesforce to sugarcrm ce incoming calls - get a fully working asterisk popup working which will show us a popup of the info of the caller if there is a current lead or allow us to create a new lead. There should be a small text box for the task/description of the phone call. If a lead/contact/account exists which matches the phone number, automaticly attach a task to that lead/contact/account. Add click to dial functiality direct with asterisk as well as adding a small icon next to every phone number which has "dialto://" prefaced on the phone numbers. Create a new phone number field which is to be added to when a lead tells us to call different phone number. We dont want to alter the original lead information. We want to add a task which will be viewable when that lead is selected. The activities tab under a lead/activity/account should show the entire record of the task including the call description. We can make a new custom field of 255 characters for this. It should also show several other custom fields which are to be captured when a call log is created such as a new name and a new phone number which a lead has given to us. The idea is to see all of the information on one page without having to click to another page to see information. hide marketting function. we only need the sales tab. Create a saved lead filter pull down menu similar to salesforce's where the current user can select the filter at the top and the list lead view changes based on the pull down value which was previously created by the administrator. So that way each sales rep can work on something different. We would prefer not to use campaigns. Maybe this is there already but i dont see it. The next/back button inside of the lead should bring you the next/back lead/account/contact on the currently selected list. Teach us how to mass change the lead status or lead owner of leads that match a search criteria. add a little dashboard function with the results from some custom reports in regards to the number of daily calls from sugarcrm as well as number of calls from asterisk. Each user should see their own results.
