I have just added a new shade motor and a new Yale lock to replace old ones that stopped working and need them fully programmed into my existing Crestron system. Both devices should appear in the control interface exactly the way the rest of my automation does. Here is the environment you will be working with: • Crestron CP3 processor • Hard-wired Cresnet for the shade motor and a direct-to-processor lock gateway for the Yale unit Program Crestron so that I am able to use the shade from my mobile ap, from remote control and touchpads. Acceptance will be based on: • Commands executing without error in Toolbox and from the touch panel • Feedback matching the physical state of both devices every time • Source code delivered, clearly commented where you made changes If you have recent experience integrating shade motors and Yale locks with Crestron, this should be straightforward. Let me know your turnaround time and any clarifications you need.

I have 20 years of experience in AV systems, including 16 years as a Crestron programmer. I assume you already have the program and need to update the existing code, correct? If so, I will just need the programming files, the exact product models, and details on the communication methods used. For example, the Yale lock typically integrates with Crestron via infiNET EX, so I'll need to verify that. For the curtain, since you mentioned a CRESNET cable is used, I believe there's a CRESNET module that communicates with the curtain motor via a dry contact. Let's talk, and I'll help you solve this.

Hello! I can program your new shade motor and Yale lock into your Crestron system to replace the old units that stopped working. I have direct experience with Crestron programming and device integration. I've worked on Crestron systems where devices needed to be replaced or reconfigured, which requires updating the control processor code, reassigning device IDs, and testing the new hardware against existing scenes and automation logic. This matches exactly what you need for integrating your replacement shade motor and Yale lock. Here's how I'll handle this: - Access your Crestron processor to identify the existing device configurations and remove the old shade motor and lock references - Program the new shade motor with correct motor type settings and integrate it into your existing shade control scenes - Configure the new Yale lock with proper communication protocols and link it to your existing access control routines Are the new devices the same models as the old ones, or will I need to adjust driver settings for different hardware? I can start immediately and work through Freelancer messages to coordinate access to your system and walk through any testing you'd like once programming is complete. Best regards, Jordan Rafael G.

Hello. My name is Eshmum, and I am a Crestron certified programmer with extensive experience integrating shade motors and Yale locks into existing Crestron automation systems. I have worked with Crestron CP3 processors and Cresnet networks on many residential projects. I understand you need to program a new shade motor and Yale lock to replace old ones, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into your control interface. My approach will start by identifying the new shade motor and lock in your system, then I will program the shade to respond to commands from your mobile app, remote control, and touchpads, and I will program the Yale lock to function smoothly with your automation. I will test all commands thoroughly to ensure they execute without errors and that feedback matches the physical state. I will deliver clearly commented source code. I am ready to start immediately. I look forward to collaborating. Best Regards. Eshmum.

Hello, I would be glad to integrate your new shade motor and Yale lock into your existing Crestron CP3 automation system and ensure they operate seamlessly through your mobile app, touch panels, and remote controls. I have experience with Crestron programming, Cresnet device integration, control logic, feedback handling, and troubleshooting existing automation systems. I will update the SIMPL Windows program, properly configure device communication, map commands and feedback, test all functions through Toolbox and user interfaces, and provide cleanly commented source files with all changes documented. I will ensure the shade position and lock status feedback remain synchronized with the physical devices for reliable daily operation. I can start immediately and provide an estimated turnaround once I review the existing program and device details.

Hi, Integrating the new shade motor and Yale lock into your existing Crestron CP3 environment requires careful programming to ensure both devices behave consistently with your current automation ecosystem. I can handle the full integration, including Cresnet device setup, Yale gateway configuration, SIMPL Windows programming, feedback logic, and touch panel/mobile control mapping. I will ensure commands execute reliably through Toolbox, touch panels, remote controls, and the Crestron mobile interface, with feedback synchronized to the actual physical state of each device. I will also provide clean, commented source files documenting all modifications for future maintenance. I have experience working with Crestron processors, automation interfaces, device integration, and troubleshooting communication issues between hardware and control systems. I can start by reviewing your existing program and deliver a stable implementation with minimal disruption. I would be happy to discuss your current configuration and confirm device models before starting. Best regards,
