Supply and Demand EA

I need an experienced programmer to assist me in developing an EA based on the concept of Supply and Demand. I’ve been consistently able to profit off supply and demand levels; and am looking for a programmer able to translate this criteria into an EA. The EA should be able to clearly mark Supply and Demand areas regardless of timeframe and set pending orders such that they are hit upon return to the zone. The EA should be able to distinguish and target FRESH zones only (meaning within a certain number of prior candlesticks) and exclude zones which have been retested prior. On top of that, the EA should be able to switch between the option of layering trades (if wanted) or not. For example, if the fixed lot size is 0.05, either it places one singular trade of 0.05, or the EA should be able to split it into trades of 0.01/0.02/0.02 should the “Layer” option be enabled in the properties. Do note that the SL should remain the same for all the layered trades opened. Of course, the SL would be placed above or below the required zones. I would like a propertie to be placed such that I can determine what the fixed number of pips from the zone would be. My ideation towards the EA will develop as we work together.
