C++ ML project needed

Need a vehicle detection , counting , lane detection system using c++/ from the videos,

1- It will identify the lane which has traffic JAM

2- It will identify the total number of vehicles in incoming and outgoing Lanes

3- Identifying heavy and low vehicles like truck and cars

4- You have to connect via team viewer and have to set up the code and guide the local customer on our how to set up threshold etc,

Budget Fixed 350$ and will be paid once the code is delivered, set on PC, and tested
