Program for testing UNC shares

I need a small program where you can add UNC shares and start test that UNC share is available over time. THis can be done my writing a small file to the share , delete and recreate. If program fails to write file because UNC path is not available i need program to log that so that i can see over time when a share has been unavailable. If you can make it using c# and provide a small GUI for it thats great. The users must be able to add one or more UNC paths (\\server1\share1, \\server3\share2...) and how often the program (every 1 min, every 30 sec....) will write and delete file one the share. It should be possible to add admin credentials to the program so that it can write files with elevated privileges. If program fail to write/delete file then program will log that so that user can see that the share was unavailable over a period of time. Like between (13:05 - 14:08, 25.05.2022...)
