Need help optimizing CUDA code for repeating a string on the GPU using C++

The [login to view URL] uses g++ compiler (from mingw-w64) and runs 38+ Million iterations per second on my CPU.
The [login to view URL] code in [login to view URL], compiled with Visual Studio 2019 and CUDA Toolkit 11.1 returns only about 1600 iterations per second on the GPU.
Can someone help me update so I can repeat the string as fast as possible on the GPU using the CUDA Toolkit 11.1?
I want the string to be able to be input from the user as well.
This is for my Intention Repeater project. It might seem like the code is doing nothing, but it works with a Servitor (which is programmed Intelligent Energy). Basically it's programming a black hole, which is possible, because everything is HERE and NOW. I'm not sure the price to ask, so I will start around $50 and you tell me what's fair. Thanks.
