Linux, c++, 3 scripts for file encryption on Salsa20/HC-256/SOSEMANUK

Job Description:
Need to write 3 scripts in c++. The scripts must have two functions each, the first to encrypt the file, the second to decrypt the file. Well, each file should be approximated as follows:

File encryption must be implemented using the following libraries:
Salsa20 [login to view URL]
HC-256 [login to view URL]
SOSEMANUK [login to view URL]
The source code there is written in C, but it can be plugged into c++ and compiled into one file.
It also needs optimization of RAM, and the correct read/write file, so that the memory is freed after the encryption of the file. Write code and test it strictly on Linux, because RAM on windows and linux in c++ is optimized differently.
Also for clarity, there is an example of file encryption using [login to view URL]

*This is just an example, you don't have to do 1v1!
Tests should be run on large files ranging in size from 1GiB to 10Gib, for simplicity you can use the command fallocate -l 1G [login to view URL] to create files of the desired size.
