My WordPress site has gone completely offline after a recent plugin update, and simply deactivating that plugin has not brought it back. I need someone who can jump into the server, trace the exact cause, and get the site loading normally again without data loss. Here’s what you’ll be working with: • Current symptom: full-site downtime (white screen / 500 error). • Most recent change: a single plugin update. • Troubleshooting so far: I’ve already tried disabling the suspected plugin via the dashboard and directly in wp-content/plugins; neither attempt restored the site. What I expect from you: • Identify the root conflict, whether code-level, database, or server configuration. • Apply a clean, permanent fix—this might mean patching the offending plugin, rolling it back safely, or correcting corrupted tables. • Ensure all other plugins, the theme, and core files remain stable and updated. • Provide a brief summary of steps taken so I can reference them later. You’ll have full WordPress admin, cPanel/SSH, phpMyAdmin, and FTP access. Please be comfortable with PHP error logging, WP-CLI, and typical LAMP stack tools. Once the front end loads correctly and the admin area is fully accessible, I’ll consider the job complete.
