Emu Rider - a fancy dress costume

Looking for someone to create a replica of the costume worn by Ricky Gervais, in the UK series, “The Office.” Gervais appears to be riding a big bird, an emu, but the bird’s legs actually belong to the wearer, with false human legs dangling on either side. (See images).
I have searched everywhere but no ready-made examples of this costume appear to exist. So I’m on a quest to have one designed and made, matching the original as closely as possible. If this is within your scope of skills please let me know. Freelancers local to Vancouver, Canada will be given priority for practical necessity.
Please note: This is not a software, multimedia or graphic design project. I am looking for someone to actually make a real costume that can be worn!
