Podcast support - Virtual assistant - Jill-of-all trades needed -- 2

We are looking for a freelancer who can help with various assistant/support jobs for our podcast.
It is very important that the freelancer is either a native English speaker or is truly fluent in English, since the podcast is a technical one (Healthcare, Machine learning, AI etc). Educational background in either one of those fields would certainly be a plus, but is not a requirement.
The type of jobs that we'd be expecting the freelancer to perform are:
1. Listen through the un-edited version of each new episode and annotate time-stamps for editing (e.g. delete section from 1:39 to 1:52). The positions for cuts will be obvious, as it is usually sections where the podcast host and guest discuss logistics, take a break to have a sip of coffee etc). Each episode will be roughly 60 min long.
2. Annotate the timestamps where images would be added (we'll provide the images, so it would just be necessary to find the right timestamp when that image should be shown in the video)
3. Annotate timestamps for sections that are "highlights". Those will be cut together separately for a shortened summary/highlight clip of each episode.
4. Provide timestamps with Titles for the different sections of the episode that we can provide so that listeners can jump to the sections that are most interesting to them.
We will pass these annotations on to a company that does the video editing for us. So video editing will NOT be a requirement for this project.
For the Marketing of each episode we'd like the freelancer to:
1. Write a Title for each episode
2. Write a description for each episode
3. Collect 6-10 keywords for each episode.

5. Use the title and description to write a short Instagram post and Twitter post for the episode.
If you do a good job on the first project and both sides work well together, we are hoping to make this a long-term collaboration (meaning ongoing support for all future episodes).
