I need a calm, attentive customer service professional to handle our day-to-day product inquiries over the phone. Most calls involve shoppers who want clear, accurate information about features, sizing and availability rather than technical troubleshooting or billing matters. Here is what the role looks like from my side: • Answer inbound calls promptly, greet customers warmly and listen actively. • Provide concise, brand-consistent product explanations drawn from our existing knowledge base and catalogue. • Record every interaction in our CRM while summarising the question asked, the answer given and any follow-up promised. • Escalate complex or complaint-driven issues to our in-house team once the customer is calm and the basic facts are gathered. We operate Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm (UTC-5). I’ll supply a VoIP line, call-handling script and product cheat-sheet; you bring a reliable headset, a quiet workspace and proven phone etiquette. Daily call logs and a quick end-of-shift report are the only deliverables I need to measure performance and customer satisfaction.
