As a Matchmaker for Keeper, you will:
- Communicate with clients to understand their preferences
- Be available throughout the workday to collaborate with your coworkers
- Use matchmaking software and databases to track client progress and connections
- Diligently document your processes, successes, failures, and report on outcomes
Requirements and responsibilities:
- Be a native English speaker
- Use Slack to communicate with clients and team members
- Work 40 hours per week on a computer with a reliable internet connection
- Communicate and follow up with clients to clarify information and address any questions
Keeper is an early stage startup. We move fast and don’t have much process, but you’ll be trained and supported to do your best work.
