Legal consultation on a unique scheme of online trading of Likes/Thumbs-up

My app is the very first of its kind. It's -more or less- a global platform for fans/lovers of certain things /individuals thru which they can compete to win a global -metaphoric- title; namely: The Biggest Fan/Lover of -that specific thing or individual- in the World! Each one of them has exactly one chance to prove -to voting users- that only he/she EXCLUSIVELY deserves that (Global Title)! Such a chance is manifested thru a single post uploaded by each competing fan/lover within a special page on the app dedicated to the subject of the competition. The fan whose post gets more "Likes/Thumbs-up" than any other fan within the same global competition when its time is up, wins the competition, and so gets immediately and automatically declared the "Biggest Fan/Lover of (that thing) in the World"! A fan doesn't have to wait for non-competing users to vote for him/her by hitting the Like Button on his/her post. Let me explain! Depending on how "bad" and/or desperately they want to win a certain competition, he/she has the extra option to vote themselves up by simply BUYING themselves a number of Likes/Thumbs-up for his/her own post which increases his/her chance to eventually win that competition! However, the number of Likes/Thumbs-up that can be purchased by competing fans -and even by voters- is limited to only 10 million, and so fans are -at least initially- restricted to buy no more than that in total! Once purchased, Likes/Thumbs-up are treated like assets as they can be RESOLD at to any other fan/s, whether competing or non-competing, and whether within the same competition or not! Each competition is run for no longer than a year , before a "new" competition with the same subject/topic is "open" for fans in the year thereafter. A competing fan has the free option to buy Likes from any fan who already bought some -even those who had competed or are competing in any other running competition, or from the original number of Likes! Once a fan buys number of Likes, he/she has the free choice to offer them for RESALE for any price they wish! Now, the big question on my mind is, will I -or my company, for that matter- ever be sued for any legal issues/gaps like money laundering?! Or, is this scheme/system completely legal and fine?! Please, BEFORE you answer, keep in mind that this app is intended to be used WORLD-WIDE by all adults in any country in the world! Before I make my app available for worldwide audience and users on Google Play, I just need to know -for sure- if any of its features violates anyone's rights or even any laws in any country in the whole world; especially when I run global celebrity competitions on it, for example "Who is the biggest fan in the world of David Beckham?" And also, does the trading of (Likes) -as described above- violate any law/s in any country at all?? I mean, some friends told me they kinda feel that the (Likes) trading system can be easily exploited for money laundering. Is that true?? And, if yes, can I be sued for it??? Now, whether your answer for any of these questions is "yes" or "no", I expect you to present documented evidence or proof to back it.
