Ruang lingkup pekerjaan: • Menjawab setiap pesan masuk secara cepat, sopan, dan konsisten. • Menulis skrip balasan otomatis yang menutupi pertanyaan umum (sapaan, harga, ketersediaan, cara pemesanan, dan penutup). • Menguji skrip tersebut langsung di aplikasi, lalu menyesuaikan kata-kata agar terdengar natural dan sesuai brand. • Melaporkan ringkas performa harian—pesan terjawab, pertanyaan baru, serta saran perbaikan alur chat. Yang saya butuhkan: – Fasih Bahasa Indonesia lisan maupun tulisan. – Terbiasa menggunakan aplikasi chatting populer (WhatsApp, Telegram, atau sejenisnya). – Mampu bekerja fleksibel; notifikasi harus direspons dalam rentang waktu yang sudah disepakati. – Teliti, paham etika percakapan online, dan nyaman mengikuti panduan tone of voice.
