Busy Senior Salesperson in United States looking for good English speaker/writer to assist me with a number of business related tasks, including, but not inclusive of:
Filling in Quote Requests/Office Paperwork.
Transcription of notes into CRM.
Doing simple tasks.
Ongoing phone calls into existing accounts.
Creation of reports/spreadsheets, including call list.
Personal tasks, such as arranging gifts for birthdates, shopping, etc.
Creating presentations (powerpoint)
Position requires that you have quality internet access, and good quality phone access into the United States. Knowledge of MS Office and [url removed, login to view] are also recommended.
This is my first time doing this, so experience on your end would definitely be a plus. I'd like to start out with 10 hours a week, to develop my learning curve, and if you and I agree, move up to 20 hours a week.
