I am looking to hire a new virtual assistant to help me with adminstrative tasks ranging from handling emails, to doing research, managing my web projects / websites/ forums, making calls on my behalf etc.
Both male/female will be considered. It is ESSENTIAL that you have an excellent command of the English language both verbal and written, and you are very organised.
I'm not exactly sure what the weekly workload will be, but it will increase as you successfully complete tasks.
Your skills should include:
- Excellent English
- Familiarity with Gmail
- Excellent e-mail etiquette
- Online researching skills
- Phone skills and good phone manner (neutral accent preferred)
- Writing Ads / Articles / Posting on forums
- Internet research and services (booking hotels, flights, making arrangements etc)
You must also have an internet connection with DSL or Cable as well as a Skype or VOIPStunt with a quiet background to call UK/US based numbers (you will be compensated for calls).
Experience with Wordpress, Photoshop, SEO, web promoting, link building and HTML are a plus. If you have business / management / accounting type backgrounds please also let me know.
It is VERY important that you're a great English speaker because you will be communicating on my behalf with some large international companies and publications.
This will be a part time position at first, but may become full time eventually. If you do excellent work. I will be taking on 2-3 people to see how you perform and will finally choose 1 or 2 to work for me part time / full time as a team.
