french human translation needed

I have a english language file which is in php code example is in below format 'HOME_LINK'=>'Home', where on left 'HOME_LINK' is the code which doesnt need changes and on right 'HOME' is needed translation. Its around 450 - 600 lines which you need to translate into the below languages 1) French Note : I need human translation only. Also you need to create language file in seperate php file like i am attaching [login to view URL] it is for english language file you will need to save [login to view URL] as [login to view URL] and translate language.
