**(Re)Writer Wanted For ‘How To Get Out of Debt’ E-book** Writer wanted to rewrite and arrange a 46 page ebook (which includes 10 pages of simple monthly debt repayment tables) comprising 7,600 words. from an already written and supplied book in MS word format. The title of this book is to be “Totally Debt Free Lifestyle?? and specifically looks at what debt is and how to get out of it. The book will eventually be given away as a free downloadable e-book for people who request more information on getting out of debt. Basically the existing book reads as if it was written by someone who does not have English as a first language and has a very basic knowledge of debt, but what I want must come across as a professional publication and so the winning bidder needs to have English as a first language. ## Deliverables As well as basically rewriting and tidying up the original text, there is an added part to the job which is adding a section at the end - probably comprising between 5 and 10 pages - all about why readers should consider an IVA (an Individual Voluntary Arrangement in the UK) as a good route out of debt. This will require some original writing but I will make it easy for the writer by pointing them to several sites where background information on what IVAs are and what the benefits are to the person in debt. Due to the UK focus, the preference will be for someone with a personal knowledge of the UK market or someone who is financially literate but comfortable with the slight differences in terminology. This is a quick and easy job for the right person - a professional who has ideally written on this subject before. I’m sure there are many of you around! The book is to be supplied as a Microsoft Word document roughly as 45 x 200 word pages in 12 point done in Arial font with 1.5 line spacing and double-spaced between paragraphs, plus the pages that are made up of tables. This is to leave me room for headers and footers and enough ‘white space’ for easy reading. This is a ghost writing task and copyright will be assigned to the hirer (me). I would also look for your input into the layout and final copy etc in terms of if there is anything missing etc. Tone: should be consistent. The over riding style should be informative, professional, helpful and easy to read. I would like to see an example of your work, a few pages will do, preferably a before and after example of your rewriting or editing if possible. I will be very easy to work with and fair on this project. Please note however that I retain the right to reject any or all work if it is of poor quality and this will result in you re-writing it or the bid being cancelled. I will expect re-writes until I am happy with it. This will be at my sole discretion. If you do good work upfront, though, you should not be concerned about this. When you bid, please include when you could get started on this, as well as an estimate of how long it will take you to finish. I will be looking for the project to be complete c. 7 days max from start of project. I will provide the source documents as a Word file. There is a very strong possibility of future work like this if you do well. To confirm : 1. The completed manual and additional input on IVA advantages that you write for me needs to be your 100% original work and free of any copyrighted or plagiarized materials. This will be checked via copyscape etc. 2. I will own all rights to the completed manual. You may not distribute the manual in any way at present or in the future. 3. The agreed upon bid for this project will be the only compensation due for completion of the manual. However relevant work above and beyond the brief will be noted. 4. While I am very easy to please, unlimited revisions will be expected until I am completely satisfied with the completed manual.
