I'm looking to hire someone who speaks fluent English to answer support requests, deliver download information and in general make sure that my clients needs are addressed.
All interactions will take place within the context of an online, web-based support ticket system.
You'll likely be answering about 20 emails a day at this point, but the volume will grow over time.
This will be a part-time project that may lead to full-time.
