A small client who has created a PC based appliance product for filtering network traffic (very much like a simple firewall) requires the following doc pack. Please use the US as the legal jurisdiction. This project would be ideal for someone who is a product manager in a technology company or an appliance company or someone who has purchased an appliance and has gone through the sales cycle - from proposal to installation and training.
I don't need very specific documents, standard documentation and templates for appliances should suffice.
1. Licensing document or EULA that they will have their customer sign. This should allow the end customer to be able to use the appliance for a defined number of users at the customer site. This should include use restriction to the end customer, number of users at the end customer site, license for the particular server on which appliance is installed, no reverse-engineering, confidentiality, no-publicity clause etc.

5. Annual maintenance contract
6. Professional services contract (to setup, customize the appliance)

The appliance is actually a network management system appliance. So the license is for the number of servers being monitored.
