I need someone with excellent writing skills that can receive my handwritten notes via email attachment (I will scan and send as pdf files or jpeg files) or by fax - and using a template that I have created, convert the handwritten notes into a report.
I have several samples/templates that I use. All are in Microsoft Word.
These are confidential medical/forensic cases so discretion and confidentiality is critical.

Some of the completed reportS I use over and over again so it is a matter of cut and pasting the attached file has yellow highlighted areas to demonstrate how much is copy and pasted for each average report.
I have approximately 10 reports that need to be completed ASAP and this is an ongoing need I have so if it works then I will provide an ongoing stream of work
What will be involved is reading several completed reports (2-3 or more if you would like) to get a "feel" for what I need. The uploaded file is redacted as an example and demonstrates how much needs to be written from my notes and how much can be cut and pasted from other reports.
