We are looking for a very experienced writer to help us with this project. This project may be ongoing provided that the articles are well written and meet requested guidelines.
The rate of pay is $2 per 100 words. The average requested length of articles is 1000 words.
The ideal candidate is a financial writer for the layman with creative as well as technical skills. The ability to write engaging and personal content that will draw the reader in, but contain well-structured material that is informative as well as entertaining. Some knowledge of investment and personal stock management desirable.
We need a portfolio that shows an ability to simplify complicated material as well as maintain a light tone that does not become overly technical or inaccessible to the common reader. We need someone that can write in a style similar to the Motley Fool or a "For Dummies" book that can explain the material to an average audience with little or no prior financial experience. We are seeking someone able to create discussion and stimulate the reader. The ability to build on basic concepts and write in an accessible, conversational style.
In order to place a proper bid on this project, you need to send a PM with writing samples or a link to your blog. Experience with writing for financial publications is preferred.
All work must be 100% original and pass Copyscape and Plagiarism Detect. We will own all copyrights to all work upon payment. Articles are not to be reused in any way for any reason (including resell, reuse, re-write or give away). Scraped content will not be accepted. No spelling and grammatical errors!
Any articles that are not submitted on time or do not meet the guidelines will not be paid for.
This first project will be for 5 articles. Only bids of $100 will be considered.
