I am looking for someone that has experience creating/drafting professional business forms. (Please read in its entirety, max budget is $60 for entire project). Excellent command of the English language is needed.
The forms will need to be professional looking, professionally worded, and be in the following formats (word) and (pdf).
Each format should allow customers to fill out the forms by typing directly into the form on their computer and then saving the form.
For each form I will provide you with a general idea of what the form will be used for/brief description and what type of information fields should appear.
Your job will be to take this and create the form and put any necessary information (should as re-writing/vamping the text on the form) so that it works for the needed purpose.
I will need a total of 25 forms (max length of each form will be 1 page and there is no minimum length as long as it serves the purpose). You are more then welcome to tailor forms ou find on the internet to fit my needs.
