DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
• Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
• Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
• Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
• Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
• dealing with correspondence and writing letters, and taking dictation and minutes;
• producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
• carrying out background research and presenting findings into subjects the manager is dealing with;
BUSINESS AND MARKETING
• develop business reports and business research documents
• Provide research report information and research support for the me and my clients.
• Develop content for brochures, publications, flyers, websites, poster, etc

DATA ENTRY – DATA EXTRACTION – DATA RECRUITMENT
• Provide web research and recruitment of need data for reports and other business analysis
• Provide data extractions when required
• Provide data entry services when required
PAYMENT – CONTRACT – TIME FRAME – PAYMENT METHOD
• $20.00 US Per Hour
• 6 Days Per Week / 5 Hours Per Day
• Must Meet Deadline(s)
• Payment Paid Every Net 15 Days or Every 3 weeks
• Payment Paid Through Pay Pal (I Prefer) Bank Transfer / Western Union
