Wedding Budget Spreadsheet

I need a spreadsheet (in Microsoft Excel) created that contains all the various items that might be needed for a wedding. In particular the following work is required 1) Research and collect all the various items that people spend money on for thier wedding. There is a LOT of this information available on the web. These items need to be in categories e.g. The category "Flowers" might contain Church Flowers, Groom & Groomsmen Buttonhole etc 2) For each item there should be a "Budget" column, a "Actual/Expected Cost" column and a "Differecne" column (the difference between the two showing over/under budget) 3) Totals should be provided by item and by category and for the entire wedding 4) There should be a summary section at the top of the spreadsheet detailing: Original Budget, Projected Spend, Over/Under Budget Amount 5) The spreadsheet should be formatted with color, borders, font styles, background etc to make it visually appealing and easy to use A good example is located here [url removed, login to view] This should be a very quick job (couple of hours max!) ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
